God Said To Me... Write A Song
With words "Yes, Lord, Hear Me Pray"


Yes Lord, hear me pray
I feel You with me night and day
Whether I work or if I play
Yes Lord, I know you hear me
when I pray.
You answer prayers as I wake each day
Your strength and love is with me
every step of the way.

At the foot of the cross, my burdens I lay
Lord, don't ever turn me away
Till for sure, with You I'll be
And will forever stay.
Guide each thing I do and say
Yes Lord, Hear me Pray...

...World can think whatever they may
I rejoice in you more each passing day.
I know for my sins you will pay
Till You come for me some bright day.

With each new song, whether if be
from a robin or a jay
I will always be with a rainbow,
then the sun's bright ray.

Hovering over me night and day
Yes Lord, Hear Me Pray
Help me while I'm here to serve You
more  and more every day.
and  in every way.
And use me..send me...This I humbly pray.

Let me plant seeds of great harvest every day
So what is reaped will not all be gray ...
Lord Keep me busy and help me along the way.
Cause I am getting ready for the judgment day.
Men may try to destroy thoughts and words I say
But you are the only one who will take them away
Yes Lord, Hear me pray

I testify for You, I try to spread Your word
With little time left for play
When I play, it is stories and thoughts
to hopefully brighten someone's day

Lord, hold on to me so I won't stray
Yes Lord, hear me pray.
My wings are clipped and I'm on my way
To a brighter and sunny day.
