Don't Let Life Control Your Schedule


It is easy in our fast paced world
To let life control our schedules
Before long, we find ourselves filled with
Mumble, jumble, wasted time
There is an overabundance of TV
We find ourselves doing senseless actions...
Going nowhere... like spinning wheels
On a slippery highway, we become
irritable and frustrated
Our songs of praise and worship (when we participate)
May ring in our ears like fast-forward recordings
No concept... no application... no direction

We must pull off life's fast-lane for a while and
Turn to God for direction and strength
Let's tune into His voice and marvel as He
Prepares the way for us.
As we seek His direction, He vivaciously makes more time in our days
Then at night we can look back and be satisfied with His will and
our day

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way thou shalt go.
I will guide thee with mine eyes"
